Banking - Capital Markets Transaction Services / Corporate Trust / Cash Management / Agency Side | Structured Finance | Manager | Legal / Banking Background | £600-£630/day | Inside IR35 | London| (Hybrid working 3 days in the office in Canary Wharf per week) | This is inside IR35 - so you will be working through an Umbrella company | Initial contract period is 6 months.

Our client (a Global Bank) has a requirement for an experienced Capital Markets Structured Finance Transaction Relationship Manager / Documentation Manager for an initial 6 month contract. You will have a proven background in Capital Markets Transaction Services and preferably have a legal background too (as there will be plenty of reviewing of complex documentation!!)

Please note that this role is 3 days per week in Canary Wharf.

As well as the above the client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders all levels.

This would be working for an Investment Bank - and you'll need to have solid Structured Finance Documentation knowledge.

Hybrid - London based (three times per week in the office).
