Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant - Outstanding SEN School - Kingston - Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with an Outstanding-rated SEN school in Kingston, South West London, to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity running through to the end of the academic year, offering a competitive daily rate between £90-£110, depending on experience.

The school is seeking dedicated support staff to work with either primary or secondary students who have Autism and Complex Needs. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop both academically and socially, providing tailored support on a 1:1 and small group basis while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Conveniently located, the school is easily reached via public transport with strong rail and bus connections.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Professional references covering the past 10 years where applicable

The legal right to work in the UK
