Tyre Fitter – Thurleigh, Bedfordshire

Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00

Pay: £13.29 per hour

Contract: Long-term, ongoing work

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive business in Thurleigh, who are seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter to join their professional bodyshop team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical experience who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a long-term operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out tyre inspections, including pressure, tread depth, and overall condition

* Repair or replace faulty or damaged tyres

* Perform wheel alignment, balancing, and rotation

* Assist with other bodyshop duties as required

* Help train and support new or junior staff when needed

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a similar Tyre Technician or Tyre Fitter role

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards

* Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians
