Job Description

Due to recent growth, Prism-7 resourcing are on the lookout for a recruitment resourcer to join our team here in Rainham, Essex.

What does the role look like? Well day to day you can expect to undertake the following within your role:

-Advertising vacancies and interviewing workers over the phone and on a face to face basis

-Liaising with our lovely clients, taking details on upcoming bookings and being their day to day contact

-Reacting to incoming bookings outside of office hours, with the support of your team

-Using our internal CRM, paying great attention to detail regards to compliance is a must

-General administrative duties,

In order to be eligible you would need to meet the following criteria:

-At least 6 months admin/Recruitment experience

-Good standard of spoken and written English is a must

-Willingness to learn the industry

What is in it for you?

-Pay: 12.21- 13.21 per hour whilst working as a temp employee during your probationary period

-Weekly pay whilst temporary

-Pay once permanent is negotiable depending on experience and performance

-Bonus structure once permanent, with great potential to earn more

-Working hours: 09:00-17:00

-On call phone provided by the company, you are expected to be on call 1 week in 4
