Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Location: Claygate, KT10

Commutable Areas: Esher, Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, Leatherhead, Weybridge

Day Rate: 90- 105 per day (DOE/shifts)

Contract: Long-term to permanent

Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (wrap-around care)

Start Date: ASAP

This Nursery Assistant job is within their wrap-around care. You'll be key in daily care, supporting the Nursery Teacher with educational activities, and ensuring a safe, stimulating nursery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily high-quality care and supervision of nursery children.
• Support the Nursery Teacher with engaging Early Years educational activities.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with meals, snacks, nappy changing, and toilet training support.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Essential: Level 3 Childcare or Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Experience: Required teaching experience in an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Soft Skills: A passion for teaching young children, patience, creativity, strong communication, and a proactive team approach.
