The ideal candidate will:- Be a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS practitioner with a passion for early childhood development
- Create a vibrant, engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to young learners
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and effective early years pedagogy
- Be reflective, open to feedback, and eager to collaborate with colleagues
- Be an ECT or an experienced teacher looking for a supportive academy setting with strong values and a commitment to development
