Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to individuals with PWS
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal planning, and social activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for each individual
• Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff
• Help manage behavioural, emotional, and dietary challenges associated with PWS
• Encourage healthy routines and offer emotional support in a positive environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in care, support work,
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
• Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• A flexible approach to working hours and a strong sense of responsibility
• Understanding of Prader-Willi Syndrome and the challenges it presents is a plus, but training will be provided
