TeacherActive is excited to be working with secondary schools in Derbyshire to find caring and student-focused teaching assistants to support their teachers in the classroom with making sure each student gets an excellent education.

The position would be an amazing opportunity for confident and passionate teaching assistants with previous experience working with children who has the desire to help and inspire students to learn. The role would also be a great opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different lessons, schools and environments. We are looking for people who would be a great asset any school and someone who will strive to make a difference every day.

The successful teaching assistant will:

• Be patient and understanding
• Have a highly positive attitude.
• Have strong organisation and communication skills.
• Have previous experience working with children.
