Key responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Support students in completing their work and maintaining focus.
• Work across a range of subjects and year groups within local secondary schools.

• Experience across multiple schools in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
• Opportunities for long-term roles or day-to-day supply.
• Comprehensive training both in-person and online to prepare you for the classroom.
• A flexible work schedule to suit your availability.
• Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment consultant.

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor- Training Provided you will:

• A passion for working with secondary-aged students.
• Strong communication and classroom presence.
• A willingness to learn and grow in an educational environment
• Previous experience in a school, youth work, sports coaching or tutoring is desirable but not essential.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK and undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• A passion for working with secondary-aged students.
