Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable qualification to teach English i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS

About the role:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the national curriculum
• Work in a range of supportive and well-established secondary schools
• Full-time and part-time roles available to suit your availability

About the school:

• Located in Erdington and surrounding areas.
• Great public transport link and sometimes on site parking.
• Supportive schools who are happy to support new teachers.

About you:

• Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check
• Suitable qualification to teach English i.e PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS/QTLS.
• Former experience teaching KS3/4 ages.
• Able to adapt teaching style to current curriculum.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
