The Role:

Supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs

Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons and helping students achieve their potential

Working 1:1 and with small groups to provide academic and pastoral support

Encouraging students to participate fully in school life and promoting a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

A graduate or individual with previous experience working with young people

Passionate about education and supporting student progress

A positive, proactive approach to working with secondary-aged students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
