The HR Administrator will provide expert support and guidance across various HR functions within the insurance industry. This role in Bolton requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with HR policies.

Description

Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and documentation.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with other HR teams to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.

Monitor and respond to queries in the shared HR inbox, escalating issues where necessary.

Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the insurance industry.

Knowledge of HR systems and processes, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and managers.
