What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment

Following lesson plans and reporting back to teaching staff

Supporting students in their learning and maintaining school policies

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role

Strong classroom management skills and a professional attitude

*

Confidence in leading a class and delivering prepared work

A genuine interest in education and student development
