The Role

• Collaborate with your team to log, tag, and create comprehensive condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets.

• Utilise PDA devices to accurately record and manage data related to asset conditions.

To be successful in the role of M&E Surveyor, you’ll bring:

• Relevant qualifications in building services, either mechanically or electrically. • Previous experience conducting similar asset verification and condition surveys.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
