Are you passionate about supporting childrens learning and development? We are looking for a caring and dedicated 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly primary school team in the heart of Saffron Walden.

About the Role:

As a 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a specific pupil to provide tailored support, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Your role will be key in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What Were Looking For:

· Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)

· Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
