Production Operative
My client in St Neots is looking for a production operative to join their team. If you are from a manufacturing background, then this job is for you! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and looking to secure a long-term role in a stable and growing company. This is a temp to perm position with potential career progression.
Main Duties
Basic machine minding
Production related tasks
Assembling components
Maintaining a clean & tidy environment
Skills / Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
A good eye for detail and commitment to quality
A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions accurately
Hours & Pay
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
08:00 until 16:00
