A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Clacton-on-Sea are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to making a difference in a childs education.

Role Overview:

Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional learning needs

Assist with classroom activities and learning interventions

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support the childs progress

Encourage independence and confidence in learning

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for education and child development

A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
