Interim Technical ERP Project Lead

Major Talent is partnered with a global player within the flavours and fragrance industry who have facilities throughout North America, Asia, and the UK. We are looking to speak with candidates for a Technical ERP Project Lead opening.

As a Technical ERP Project Lead, you will be responsible for Order To Cash (i.e. order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing) standardisation and implementation for the ORACLE R12 upgrade at all sites globally

Responsibilities as a Technical ERP Project Lead

Global OTC process owner.

Lead future state process mapping for order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing.

Transformation and set-up of customer master data.

Technical ERP project lead

Must have Oracle implementation experience

Order to Cash: focused on Customer Service (order entry to point of invoice)

Technically able to lead the Order to Cash element of the ERP project

Clear understanding of customer Master data & future-state process mappingSkills required to be a Technical ERP Project Lead

An experienced Order to Cash / ERP Project Lead with Oracle Implementation experience. Experience,

Experience leading & implementing OTC activities as part of an ERP implementation or upgrade, preferably ORACLE.

Experience of coaching, supporting, transforming, leading and managing teams.

Experience working in a global enterprise.

Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
