Year 5 Class Teacher 4 Days a Week (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Gloucester
Contract Duration: September to Christmas 2025
Days: Monday to Friday (day off on Wednesday)
Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for a part-time role in a supportive and vibrant school community? We are seeking a committed and experienced Year 5 Class Teacher to join our team from September until Christmas 2025 on a 4-day-a-week contract.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a delightful Year 5 class. Working closely with colleagues and the senior leadership team, you will contribute to a creative, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Has QTS and recent experience teaching in KS2 (preferably Year 5)

• Is confident in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum

• Can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Is well-organised, proactive, and reflective in their practice

• Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a sense of humour to the classroom

• A welcoming and supportive team of staff

• Well-behaved and motivated pupils
