Job Title: Drivers Mate

Location: Belfast BT39 9EV
Pay Rate: 12.27 per hour
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary

About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Drivers Mates to support our delivery and installation teams. In this customer-facing role, you'll assist in delivering and installing a range of home technology products, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe delivery and installation of white goods, televisions, and cookers into customer's homes
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle products with care and follow all health and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and manufacturers when required
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve calmly and efficiently
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
