Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Paving and Groundworkers to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing sites, laying paving materials, and ensuring all groundwork is completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and leveling ground surfaces for paving and other groundwork tasks Installing various types of paving (block paving, flagstones, slabs, tarmac, etc.) Digging trenches and foundations for drainage and other installations Operating hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently Following health and safety guidelines at all times Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation Requirements: Previous experience in paving and groundworks preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit and able to handle manual labor Good knowledge of health and safety regulations Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude CSCS card preferred Own transport is advantageous must have own tools How to Apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply on here or message daisy quincey on (phone number removed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 19.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Construction: 3 years (required) groundworker: 4 years (preferred) paving: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: CSCS (required) Driving Licence (preferred) Skills Required Drainage, Paving, Groundworks
