Role: Primary Supply Teacher
Location: North Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible Day-to-Day Supply
Salary: 145 - 180 per day

Empowering Learning is proud to partner with a network of fantastic primary schools across North Birmingham including Great Barr, Erdington, Handsworth Wood, Aston and more. We are currently recruiting flexible, passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a day-to-day supply basis.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, your role will involve:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 or 2
• Maintaining high expectations for pupil behaviour
• Collaborating with classroom Teaching Assistants
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
• Marking work in line with each school's policies (no planning required)

We're looking for flexible, adaptable educators ready to make an impact in classrooms across North Birmingham.

To apply, you'll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Career Teachers (ECTs) encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching in either KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A recent positive school reference
• Two education-based references from the past 24 months
• A DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
