Job Title: SEND Supply Teachers - ARPs & SRPs

Salary: Competitive PAYE Rates - Weekly Pay

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and adaptable SEND Supply Teachers to work across a variety of Additional Resource Provisions (ARPs) and Specialist Resource Provisions (SRPs) within primary and secondary schools throughout the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Starting in September 2025, these flexible supply roles are ideal for qualified teachers with a strong interest or background in special educational needs, looking for varied, rewarding work that can fit around other commitments.

As a SEND Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, SEMH and learning disabilities

• Adapt planning to meet individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes

• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs and therapists to ensure positive progress

• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

• Uphold high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct across every setting

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

• Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs, or a strong interest in SEND

• Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to quickly adapt to different school environments

• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
