Full-time Term-time only Long-term or permanent
130- 220 per day (depending on experience)
Start: September 2025 or earlier if you're available

We're working with specialist provisions and inclusive schools in and around Penzance looking for qualified SEN Teachers ready to make a real impact.

If you're the kind of teacher who understands that progress isn't always measured in grades - who values connection, trust, and consistency - then this could be the perfect fit.

Whether your experience is with autism, SEMH, PMLD, or complex learning needs, these are roles where you'll have the support, structure, and autonomy to teach the way your pupils learn best.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

• Experience planning and delivering lessons to pupils with additional needs

• Strong behaviour management and pastoral instincts

• A calm, adaptable, and resilient approach

• Confidence working as part of a wider multi-agency team

• A long-term or permanent post in a nurturing, well-resourced setting

• Weekly pay at a competitive daily rate

• Access to free CPD and SEN-focused training

• A consultant who understands SEN environments and will advocate for you

• Full support with interviews, feedback, and your long-term goals

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Two references covering the last two years

• Right to work in the UK
