Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor - Wastewater Treatment

Location: Skegness and surrounding areas

Salary: £300.00 (CIS / LTD)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee works on wastewater treatment plants in the Skegness area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical installations, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a key role within an established engineering team working on essential infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation and maintenance works on wastewater treatment sites.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works.

Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statement briefings.

Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Oversee and inspect mechanical installations to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:

CSCS Gold Card (Supervisory level) - essential

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - essential

Proven experience in a mechanical supervisory role within the water or wastewater sector.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Full UK driving licence.

Confined Space Certification
