Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary School, Harrow

Location: Harrow, London

Start Date: Immediate Start

Pay: £89 - £110 per day

As an LSA, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to support pupils with a range of educational needs. You'll play a key role in the classroom, offering both academic and emotional support to ensure every child feels confident, included, and capable of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

Assist in tracking student progress and identifying areas where further support is needed

Help adapt lesson content and resources to meet diverse learning styles and needs

Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour

Liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistency in support

Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all studentsWhat We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or supporting individuals with SEN (preferred)

A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young learners

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Adaptability and a proactive mindset

A genuine interest in education and helping children thrive
