About the Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects (or your specialist area) to students aged 11-16.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring students remain focused and on task.

Follow pre-prepared lesson plans or adapt them as required to meet the needs of the class.

Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching in secondary schools (all subject specialisms are welcome).

Strong classroom management skills.

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
