Location: London (remote, with one day per month in the office)

Rate: £450–£475 per day

A long-standing subcontractor delivering packages between £3m and £20m is looking for a Freelance Estimator to support their upcoming workload. The business operates in a relaxed, no-nonsense environment with a focus on quality and long-term relationships.

This role offers flexibility with the ability to work from home, with just one office visit per month.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience estimating groundworks and RC frame projects

*

Background working with subcontractors in the concrete or civils space

*

Able to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines

*

Confident supporting pre-construction and pricing tenders
