Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Kingstanding
Hours: 12:15pm - 13:15pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Between £12.50p/hr - £15.00 p/hr

We are looking to appoint a friendly, caring, and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a lovely Primary School.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and school premises during the lunchtime break

• Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and good behaviour of all children

• Supporting children with their meals and encouraging healthy eating habits

• Managing minor first aid incidents and referring more serious issues to senior staff

• Organising and leading playground games and activities to encourage positive play

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and understands their needs

• Is calm, patient, and able to use initiative

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

• Can work well as part of a team

• Is committed to promoting the school s values and safeguarding all pupils

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
