Covering Merton, Sutton, Croydon & Kingston

£24 Per Hour

Monday – Friday

8 Hours Per Day

We are currently looking for 2 experienced Plumber / Carpenter Multi Traders to join a busy residential maintenance contract covering South London.

The role will mainly involve plumbing and carpentry works across occupied and void properties, carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance works, void refurbishments, and property MOTs.

Candidates with experience fitting or repairing UPVC doors and windows would be highly beneficial.

This is long-term, steady work with consistent hours available.

The Role

Carrying out day-to-day plumbing and carpentry repairs within residential properties

Working on responsive repairs, void works, and planned maintenance

General multi-trade duties including patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance works

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently

Using PDA systems to update and complete jobs in real time

Managing materials and maintaining van stock levels

Working safely and following health & safety procedures

Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes

Completing work to a high standard and aiming for first-time fixesRequirements

Strong plumbing and carpentry experience essential

Multi-trade maintenance experience required

UPVC door and window experience desirable

Previous social housing or property maintenance experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Good communication and customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence required

CSCS Card desirableWhat’s On Offer
