Job Description

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Commercial Project in Manchester. The candidate must be able to supervise all aspects of the project and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:

- Work alongside Project Manager & Site Team.

- Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.

- Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.

- Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.

- Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.

- Maintain weekly site progress Diary

Requirements:

- Experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor on commercial fit out projects.

- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

- Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
