PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT

Location: Aylesbury

Start: September 2026

Full Time: Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £90–£120 per day

Young learners don’t always explain what they need.

They show it — and you respond.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children in their development, learning, and daily routines within a structured and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Support children during play-based learning

Assist with early literacy and numeracy activities

Help maintain routines and transitions

Support behaviour and emotional development

Work closely with teachers and staff

Help prepare learning materials
