CPCS Hoist Operator – Norwich

£17.80 per Hour | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate the site hoist in accordance with site procedures and safety regulations

* Transport personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently around the site

* Conduct daily pre-use checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements

* Maintain accurate records and complete relevant site documentation when required

* Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials and personnel

* Communicate effectively with site management, banksmen, and other trades

* Maintain a safe and organised working environment at all times

Requirements

* Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card

* Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites

* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
