Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a SEN Teaching AssistantRequirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or with SEN pupils

A patient, caring and proactive attitude as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Understanding of behaviour management strategies
