Site Supervisor (SSSTS) Restaurant Fit-Out Project Bournemouth

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for a 3-week restaurant fit-out project in Bournemouth, due to start within the next 3 4 weeks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with SSSTS certification who can oversee site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. A non-working supervisor is preferred, although we would also consider a skilled labourer with SSSTS and previous site supervision experience.

Project Details

• Location: Bournemouth
• Duration: 3 weeks
• Start Date: Within the next 3 4 weeks
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm
• Project Type: Restaurant fit-out
• Rate: £200-£220/shift (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality standards
• Conduct site inductions and maintain site records
• Liaise with the project team and report on progress

Site Team

The project will involve a small team consisting of:

• Builder
• Electrician

Requirements

• Valid SSSTS certificate (essential), CSCS card and First Aid
• Previous site supervision experience preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage site health & safety
