Design & Technology Teacher (KS3 & KS4) - South West London

Aspire People is looking for a creative and committed Design & Technology Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students in practical, hands-on learning and help them develop problem-solving and design skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Design & Technology lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Teach a range of DT disciplines, such as product design, resistant materials, or graphics.
Encourage innovation, creativity, and practical application of design principles.
Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Contribute to school projects, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities within the department.

Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Degree in Design & Technology, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience teaching DT at KS3 & KS4.
Strong workshop safety awareness and classroom management skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
