Advanced Social Worker - Disabled Children

📍 Barnstaple, North Devon | 💰 Up to £42ph | 🕒 18.5 hrs (Wed-Fri)

🔹 The Role

Lead and support a team alongside the Team Manager

Work with children & families with complex needs

Mentor, coach and develop colleagues

Drive high-quality, evidence-based practice

🔹 What You'll Need

3+ years PQE

Social Work England registration

Experience at Advanced/Senior level

Strong multi-agency working experience

Full UK driving licence & access to a car

🔹 The Offer

Up to £42 per hour (DOE)

£150 weekly accommodation/commuter support (T&Cs apply)

Hybrid working (1-2 office days required)

Set working pattern: Wed (½ day), Thurs & Fri
