As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will work closely with nursery teams to ensure children receive the highest standards of care throughout their day.

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and wellbeing.
• Support children's personal care routines while promoting independence.
• Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, clean, and stimulating.
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
• Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity within the setting.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support the daily running of the nursery.
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all children and families.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
