As a Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and independence
• Support children across the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Work with pupils who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Contribute to pupil wellbeing and classroom success

We'd love to hear from people who:

• Have experience working with children in schools, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, care settings, or similar environments
• Are patient, supportive, and enthusiastic
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy helping children learn, develop, and succeed
• Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
