Trainee Mortgage Advisor
TRAINEE MORTGAGE ADVISORWe are working on behalf of a successful mortgage brokerage based near Wakefield. This is an excellent position to join a growing business as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Meet with your clients in person, or over the phone
* Explain different types of mortgage products and assess which type of mortgage would be most suitable for each client
* Check affordability for clients
* Sell financial related products
* Help clients complete the mortgage application
* Liaise with mortgage lenders and estate agents
* Keep up to date with new mortgage products and regulations
* respect your client's right to confidentiality
* Understand the FCA regulations and ensure you meet these
* Meet KPI's and targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Highly numerate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Driven and self- motivated
* Good organisation and strong attention to detail
* Demonstrates a positive attitude
