If so, OA are currently looking to recruit for a Operations Administrator for one of our large clients based in Hatfield on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to help support the customer service and order processing department,
Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to help support the largest account within the business, to help process orders and deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and via emails. The ideal individual will have strong IT skills, a highly motivated work ethic and experience within administration or customer focused position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Hybrid Working - 2 days at home
Salary of £28,500, plus a bonus scheme
Immediate start, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (could be extended or go permanent)
Free on-site parking
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer purchase orders using SAP
Dealing with customer enquiries via the phone and email and be the face of the business
Providing updates on orders, logistics and deliveries
Dealing with internal stakeholders; logistics, procurement, stock team and customers
Administrator - Skills and Experience:
Previous experience within administration / customer service environment
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organised and focused
Attention to detail
Self motivated and a "can-do" attitude
Available to start immediately
