Accounts Administrator

Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Location: Severn beach, Bristol
Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE

Accounts Administrator required for an engineering & manufacturing company based in Severnbeach, Bristol.
As an Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Purchase Ledger invoice processing
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Work closely with Goods In and Purchasing Departments to sort invoice queries
File invoices online
Answer queries from suppliers.
Work closely with purchase ledger supervisor to prioritise tasks and manage workload
Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Company.

Professional Skills:

Must be computer literate
Good communicator
Problem solving skillsYou will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Hours of work: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm.
