HR Learning and Development Advisor
A 3 months+ opportunity for a HR Learning and Development Advisor has arisen with the local authorities in Bristol.
Hourly pay rate of £21,32 per hour PAYE + Holiday pay
The L&D Adviser will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the corporate L&D Plan as part of the overall HR strategy. This is a great opportunity to work with all HR and other stakeholders within the Combined Authority in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating a range of L&D solutions. This will include developing the use of and functionality of the Learning Management System for increased efficiency and user experience.
You will support the L&OD Partner across all L&D solutions and be responsible for the management and co-ordination of designated workstreams and projects designed to develop a highly skilled workforce who are delivering major projects designed to benefit the environment, infrastructure, and employment opportunities in the West of England.
Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in a Learning and Development role including some delivery.
Proven track record of ability to consult, influence and advise stakeholders on Corporate HR and development programmes.
CIPD qualified level 3
Effective communication skills - written and verbal.Hours of work are 8am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
