Site Manager
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a recladding project in Essex.The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the removable of combustible cladding and the installation of new fit-for-purpose cladding. This is spread over 9 blocks up to 14 storeys high. You will have experience managing cladding packages previously for a main contractor or specialist cladding subcontractor.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a long-term freelance basis, with works going for a minimum of 2 years. Day rate is negotiable - approximately £260 per day. We can pay LTD, CIS or PAYE.
