Position: Customer Complaints Officer
Contract Duration: 20/11/2023 - 20/12/2023 with the possibility of an extension.
Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, 09:00 - 17:00.
Location: BN21 4TW
Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour (PAYE)
To own and proactively manage customer complaints, compliments and enquiries, ensuring that responses are in line with policy, statutory and regulatory requirements and supported by technical investigation, leading to early and effective resolution.
To recover customer relations by negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with customers, maintaining and enhancing Homes First's external reputation with customers, stakeholders and partners
To take responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service by responding to and resolving customer complaints and enquiries.
To manage data capture and reporting across a range of key performance measures and work with colleagues to identify, develop and implement service improvements and reduce re-occurrences of complaints.
To proactively manage relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and other stakeholders through regular, timely and professional written and verbal communications.Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
