Start Date: January 2024
Location: Ilford
Salary: £170-£262.45 per day
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
* Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through the exploration of literature, writing, and language.
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and contribute to a vibrant academic community.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in English or related field (Master's preferred).
* Teaching certification or licensure.
* Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
