Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team working in a vibrant primary school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of special education and apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Assess and monitor the progress of students with SEN and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Offer emotional and behavioural support to students, helping them to develop social and emotional skills.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student's progress and needs.


A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related field.
Passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic nature.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
