Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the tutor to create and adapt lesson plans.
- Provide one-on-one assistance and encouragement to ensure the student's EHCP Targets.
- Utilize your skills to help the pupil achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience and understanding of SEN students.
- Compassion, patience, and a deep commitment to supporting those with additional needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous.
