The Role:
To work in a lovely Primary School located in the heart of Barry! You will be responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment while assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
Your working hours will be 8:30am to 3:30pm with opportunities for part-time, full-time and flexible work to fit around your commitments and responsibilities.
You will be expected to be proactive in assisting the teacher in the preparation of learning resources and maintaining an organised classroom.
You will also engage with activities and offer guidance to engage students with their learning.

The Criteria as a Teaching Assistant with us:
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
Register with the Education Workforce Council (we can help with this!)
Experience caring for or working with children
An understanding of child development stages
Be local to or able to commute to Barry and the surrounding areas
