Interim Health & Safety Director

Interim minimum 6 month Director level appointment**

• Strong track-record in the delivery of HSFR strategy and performance across a range of sectors
• Inspirational leader with experience of embedding a high-performance HSFR culture
• High-profile advocate of HSFR with credibility at every level of the organisation, including Board/Exco
• Accomplished presenter with an industry profile, reputation and network
• Ability to lead a matrix structure of HSFR professionals with a Group / business unit operating model
• Experience of developing effective Safety Management Systems in a complex environment
• Experience of developing effective Business Continuity Management Systems in a complex environment
• Experience of supporting and advising senior business leaders up to Chief Executive level.
• Experience of working with multi-functional teams and leaders within a matrix environment
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• A Chartered Member of IOSH with at least 10 yrs experience in a senior role
• Possess a tertiary level qualification (preferred) (eg MSc MBA etc)
